Te Watea, you are correct it would be very hard to eradicate all pests from NZ. We can do our very best to help all the birds that are here at the moment. What other bird is with that kiwi in that picture? I hope you tell your joke tomorrow at our google meet?
Ka pai, Te Watea! You have such a good heart. It is a tricky situation, as no one likes to kill animals. You are so right that a big problem is, that pests have lots of babies. I have been to an island called Tiritiri Matangi island that is pest free. I got to hear and see rare birds like the kokako and even a wild kiwi bird walking right beside us. It was magical! I like your deep thinking. great work, Te Watea!
Thanks for the tweetment joke Te Watea! It would be great to put all these bird jokes into a book in the library. You have done some really great thinking about this issue of pests. It is hard to choose to keep some animals but not others. Well done on this work!
Hi Te watea, I loved reading your answers to the bird song questions, you have really thought hard about this.It sounds like you are a very kind and caring person. Well done Te watea.
